Sovereign Asset Recovery acts as a client's representative in identifying and pursuing unclaimed or inaccessible financial assets. Representation begins only once the appropriate service agreement has been entered into.

Professional representation fees are payable when the relevant asset has been successfully recovered, subject to the terms of the service agreement. External costs may apply depending on the matter and will be communicated before they are incurred.

Recovery is not guaranteed. Each matter is subject to investigation, eligibility requirements, supporting evidence and approval by the relevant authority or institution.
